Our clients come to us, often unhappy in their chosen profession, or because life changes have dictated that a change needs to be made. Some of our clients are ending their chosen career, and want next to explore careers that would offer personal meaning, would bring out their creative side, or that would allow them to pursue a passion that they have put off, due to previous demands that wouldn’t allow them to explore alternatives. While we are not a job placement service, we do offer an

individualized self-exploration process which helps the client to learn more about their strengths, personality and interests, and to explore career matches based on these results. Having an objective professional hear what the client has enjoyed in their previous work life, and about the pieces the client hasn’t enjoyed, can help the client to focus in on where satisfaction can be found using their current skill set. Our service can also assist the client in determining what additional training and or education is needed when considering a new career.
